WARRANTY
KittAmor International Inc. promises the original purchaser to replace any defective part or item during the warranty period** when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment. Scratches, stains, discoloration or damage from overheating or misuse are not covered by this warranty. Warranty requests will be evaluated on an individual basis. Defective items determined by KittAmor International to fall outside our warranty policy will be returned to sender at sender’s cost. A copy of the original receipt must accompany all warranty requests.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
**The warranty period is listed on the warranty card that came with the original packaging and typically ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the product. If no specific warranty period is listed on your product then the warranty period can be assumed to be 30 days.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If the item was purchased within the allotted return date as stipulated by the original point of purchase then please return the item to where the item was originally purchased. Else, please contact us for a RMA#. Please pack and send the defective items to the address listed below together with a letter detailing the nature of the problem and a copy of the original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase. The purchase receipt is required to determine if the item is covered under the duration of the warranty. Please include the RMA# and a valid shipping address with your letter where you want a replacement sent to. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
After receipt of your item, a quality control inspector will evaluate your item to see if it falls under the warranty. Items determined to be invalid under the terms of warranty will be returned postage collect. All replacements will be processed within 14 business days.
